Ben jij klaar om op een hele andere manier te bewegen, Loby Lam jaren ervaring in Contact Impro. Laat ons op een speelse manier zien hoe we in vertrouwen, kunnen bewegen, dansen en spelen.

Deze worskhop gaat over hoe je je lichaam inzet en beweegt in contact. We werken door middel van spel en creatieve lichaamsopwarming en opdrachten om te verbinden.
Welke flow en vibe zit je, snel of langzaam. Je leert hoe je kan vertrouwen in contact en beweging met anderen. Een relaxte combinatie van verbinding door dans en body jam.
