Anastasia Bezruchko (currently based in Schiedam) is a dance poetess, a teacher of Contact Improvisation and Contact Tango, and a devoted explorer of embodied expression. With a background in performance arts, dance, and ideokinesis, she works through somatic approaches that delicately weave together mind and body.
For over twelve years, her path has unfolded between creation and teaching: she choreographs performance works while guiding others into deeper awareness through movement. Her artistic voice has been present in projects for Dutch Design Week, collaborations with the Utrecht Conservatory and universities in Amsterdam, as well as in contemporary art platforms and stage performances.
In her classes and creations, she invites a listening body, one that senses, responds, and transforms. Through Contact Improvisation and Tango, she cultivates a space where fluidity meets structure, love in every body cell where poetic presence emerges, and where movement becomes a language of attention, connection, and inner depth.
