Yvonne Peerdeman is organizes contact improvisation workshops and jams in Eindhoven, NL. Alongside her work as a relaxation massage therapist and yoga teacher, she invites people to move from within, and as a teacher of Dutch she does much the same: setting people’s thinking and doing into motion. Contact improvisation, for her, can be playful and acrobatic, or quiet and intimate, always following together what feels right in the moment. It offers her rest, release, and a sense of energy and renewal, alongside playfulness and unforced connection. Yvonne organizes a monthly workshop and jam, and a separate monthly jam, in Eindhoven, offering a space for beginners and experienced dancers alike to discover what’s possible in every movement.
