After a long career as a contemporary dancer, Claudia Kratzheller has been teaching and dancing both Contact Improvisation and Tango for many years and is an active part of the CI community in Amsterdam. Alongside this, she has taught Yoga for over a decade in various studios and offers holistic massage treatments to help people reconnect with their body’s integrity.
Claudia’s work centres on trusting the body as a compass for embodied communication, connecting, interacting and enjoying relationships with a deep trust in one’s base: the pelvis. Her work weaves together dance, somatic practice and human connection – always with the body at the centre, and a deep belief in its wisdom as a guide for authentic relating.
