Ludo Lambers is a curious explorer of life, particularly fascinated by nature and everything that unfolds organically. He studies the body and movement through craniosacral therapy, Contact Improvisation, rock climbing and meditation, and loves going on a journey of discovery with others – in workshops or week-long retreats.
For Ludo, CI is a way of looking at the world with fresh eyes with wonder and playfulness. Slowly, the many layers of tension around contact and expectation dissolve. What remains is authentic connection, unbound by words and social convention. The most wonderful conversations, he finds, can arise when we step outside of language altogether.
