Janneke Bexkens discovered dance as a child as a source of pure joy and self-expression. Trained at a dance academy from the age of ten, she later combined her passion for dance with a social studies degree and a Master’s in Dance Therapy, bringing everything together in her own practice, Studio 19 in Eindhoven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today Janneke works as a certified dance movement therapist, coach and maker. She guides adults, couples and young people through personal development, stress, trauma and emotional challenges. She also creates performances in which she explores personal life themes, and offers the Embodiment Circle, a year-long training programme for coaches and therapists who want to deepen their work through the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
