His journey began with many years of studying Aikido, before continuing into mind-body disciplines such as the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Tai Chi, AcroYoga, Thai yoga massage, and Five Rhythms dance. For Edwin, contact improvisation is a wonderful space to combine all these disciplines and explore new dimensions for improving the quality of movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His classes are beginner-friendly, focused on improving quality of movement and creativity within contact improvisation, with playfulness and creativity as central elements of his teaching.
